Ahoy!
I was asked to submit a piece for the upcoming One of One group toy/custom show at DA Center for the Arts in Pomona, CA. This show is curated by artist KMNDZ and includes an in credible lineup of artists.
The dA Center for the Arts is located at 252 D South Main Street in Pomona on the corner of Main Street and 3rd Street.

Some initial sketches.
Horns and a hat added. Needs another leg and some buttons... And a toof-Needs a toof!!
Early WIP of the sculpt. I had some extra silicone chunks laying around from an old mold I made. To keep the weight down I cut the silicone into the rough shape of the character and then sculpted over that using a two part apoxy sculpting clay.
First pass at sculpting over the silicone.
